Jesus is the Head of the Church. Hence, we prayerfully look to Him for direction and leadership. We also have a team of four elders led by Paul Kong. The role of the elders is to shepherd the congregation, and to serve and envision the church. 

The elders and their wives serve to lead the church congregation. Together, they serve the people, care for them, see disciples raised up and giftings released. We do not use titles (Pastor, Deacon, Elder, etc). We do not operate as a hierarchy, and believe that the role of the Elders and the leadership team is to serve and lift others up.

We also receive external support and oversight from apostolic leader(s) within the RegionsBeyond movement, and beyond.
